Together, we will learn your strengths, become mindful of and make sense of your emotions - you are feeling them for a reason - what are they trying to tell you? You hold the answers within you- I support your journey to uncovering them and gaining insight. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you gain insight and awareness into your thought patterns and behaviors- One size does not fit all. I look forward to working with you.
