I support sensitive, self aware women who are ready to move beyond managing stress and into deeper alignment with their body, rhythm, and inner guidance. My work weaves integrative mental health education with quantum biology informed approaches to support clarity, regulation, and authentic living. I am not accepting new therapy clients. Current openings are for non therapeutic, educational, and transformational pathways.
My Background and Approach
I am an Integrative Mental Health + Quantum Biology Health Professional with over 25 years of experience in women’s emotional and nervous system health. I have been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1998 and have spent more than 15 years integrating mental health education with body based and holistic approaches. This background allows me to support sensitive, thoughtful women with depth, clarity, and discernment. I understand trauma patterns, stress physiology, and the limits of insight alone, as well as when growth requires education, rhythm restoration, and reconnection with the body rather than ongoing therapy. My work is especially supportive for women who have “done the work” yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of sync. Through integrative intensives, I help women restore regulation, strengthen self trust, and reconnect with inner authority. All current offerings are private pay, non-therapeutic, and focused on realignment rather than diagnostic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe sensitivity is not a weakness to overcome but an intelligence to be understood and honored. I value curiosity, self awareness, personal responsibility, and compassion rooted in truth rather than urgency or fixing. I believe the body carries wisdom, the nervous system responds to safety, and healing happens when we slow down enough to listen. I am deeply committed to women reclaiming their inner authority and learning to trust their own signals instead of outsourcing knowing to experts, systems, or expectations. I value education, choice, and approaches that empower rather than pathologize. I support work that honors both science and lived experience, and I believe growth unfolds best in spaces that feel respectful, relational, and grounded. My work is guided by integrity, consent, and reverence for each person’s unique rhythm and timing.
