I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People, creatives and couples. My focus is helping my clients grow by learning about themselves and the other people in their lives.
My Background and Approach
As a HSP, I move thru the world with the volume cranked up! I have always been this way and it’s taken a long time for me to feel it as a strength. Only 15-20% of the population are HSPs! I’m a curious, compassionate and attuned therapist that will research and collaborate with and for you. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood so my private practice is a place where I want my clients to feel safe, accepted and push back on me when necessary to keep the environment genuine. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in awareness versus change. I don’t believe that people are broken. I do believe that we are shaped by our beliefs and those around us. Therefore it’s important for each of us to gain insight into our feelings and needs and express them! Through my own therapy, I learned to build confidence, set boundaries and build insight into who I am.
