About My Clients
You may be navigating a major life change, struggling with anxiety or relationships, grieving a loss, or simply feeling stuck and unsure what comes next. Maybe you’ve spent so much time taking care of everything and everyone else that you’ve lost touch with what you need. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, break patterns that no longer serve them, and feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Texas LPC-Associate who believes therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and practical. Rather than telling you what you should do, I’ll help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and discover what works for you. I draw from approaches including CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and narrative therapy, adapting our work to your needs rather than expecting you to fit one particular method. I believe insight matters—but so does having practical tools you can use outside the therapy room. My goal is to help you understand where you've been, feel more grounded in where you are, and move toward where you want to go.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are more than the hardest things they’ve experienced, the roles they’ve taken on, or the patterns they’ve developed to get through life. I also don’t believe therapy has to feel overly clinical or intimidating. It can be a place for honest conversation, curiosity, humor, reflection, and real connection. I value authenticity, compassion, personal growth, and the freedom to define what a meaningful life looks like for yourself. Outside of counseling, I’m drawn to nature, movement, mindfulness, and the ways our everyday lives affect how grounded and connected we feel.
