I have literally worked with families from birth to the end of life, focusing on working through those matters or events in life that hold each of us back from our full potential. Isn't it time for your optimal life? Life can be heavy and I will work with you and your family or friends to help you locate and access your inner strength to guide your life's journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have always had a heart to helping others, I have extensive history in helping people with chronic or terminal illness and I am comfortable talking about and listening to others involving the tough conversations. I have volunteered in many populations and welcome all people, I feel safest when I can be myself and I believe that to be true for most people. All are welcome and look forward to meeting you and supporting you to navigate what you are wanting support with in life.
