About My Clients
I work with adults who experience anxious symptoms and perfectionistic tendencies. I also support those who feel they are in chronic ‘people pleasing’ mode.
My Approach to Helping
I support in the development of healthy boundaries so codependency & resentment decreases, self-care becomes possible, and relationships feel more balanced. For those with perfectionistic tendencies, we focus on learning to say no and set limits, creating space for a healthier work-life balance and greater fulfillment. I also help those struggling with anxiety/OCD develop the ability to tolerate uncertainty so they can be more present and make choices aligned with their core values.
