About My Clients
Are you feeling stressed? Going through a life change? I am here to help. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I will meet you where you are at in your life and we will work together towards healing and learning healthy ways of coping with stressors.
My Background and Approach
I believe in identifying and building upon your existing strengths, while maintaining a solution focused lens to work towards the goals you would like to achieve. I work with adults around various issues including: career stress, OCD, anxiety, self-esteem, and boundary setting. I use a combination of treatment modalities, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into sessions, such as guided imagery, and visualization. Self-care is a big focus of mine, as I believe you cannot pour from an empty cup. Seeking out therapy can be scary, but you have taken the first step in making a positive change in your life. I look forward to working with you!
