I believe in identifying and building upon your existing strengths, while maintaining a solution focused lens to work towards the goals you would like to achieve.
I work with adults around various issues including: career stressors, anxiety and self-esteem. I use a combination of treatment modalities, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing.
I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into sessions, such as guided imagery, and visualization. Self-care is a big focus of mine, as I believe you cannot pour from an empty cup.
