About My Clients
I work with adults navigating substance use, eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are seeking a path toward healing and balance. They are often motivated for change, even if unsure where to begin, and benefit from a supportive, compassionate space to explore growth and recovery.
My Background and Approach
I bring over five years of experience working in substance use residential treatment, where I supported women across multiple levels of care. During this time, I held a range of roles including therapist, program director, and ultimately regional clinical director. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of recovery, trauma, and the importance of individualized, compassionate care. Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Clinical Services, where I oversee residential programs specializing in eating disorder treatment. In this role, I focus on ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting clinical teams in delivering thoughtful, client-centered treatment. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel understood and empowered to work toward meaningful, lasting change.
