About My Clients
My clients are are insightful, open to self-exploration, and ready to make meaningful change. You might be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity questions. Maybe you have a sense that your past is impacting your present. My approach is a good fit if you're generally managing life well but feeling stuck or unfulfilled, and want a warm, grounding space to do deeper work.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor with training in EMDR, which I use to help clients process trauma and undo negative core beliefs. I also offer nature-based therapy, including walk-and-talks and therapeutic fishing to support mindfulness and ease for those who prefer a less traditional setting. My work centers around anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and supporting highly sensitive people find relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in spaces that are compassionate, inclusive, and genuine. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and deeply committed to creating a space where all identities are respected and supported. I care about social justice, mental health accessibility, and dismantling the stigma around therapy, especially for folks who were taught to push things down or "tough it out." I’m also passionate about reconnecting people with nature, not just as a calming tool, but as a way to remember who we are underneath the noise. Outside of therapy, you can find me outdoors—usually hiking, fly fishing, or spending quiet time near water. I bring that same sense of grounded presence into my work with clients.
