About My Clients
I work with a wide variety of clients including those with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, bereavement and interpersonal struggles.
My Background and Approach
I work in a client centered way, primarily drawing from a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My approach is to combine client focused therapy with research based techniques to help her clients feel and live better.
