I am solution focused and teach tangible strategies for reframing thoughts, shifting perspective and moving from a place of shame and judgment to a place of kindness and self-compassion. I provide a judgment free compassionate space where individuals feel safe to explore their true potential.

I have been there; I know how brave you have to be to do this work and how defeated you can feel throughout the process despite the progress you know you’re making. I can help you break down old patterns and move forward with your life! I recognize that we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have.
