About My Clients
For clients in Idaho, I offer Teletherapy for anyone in the State of Idaho or I have in-person sessions available in Boise, Idaho. For clients in California, I offer Teletherapy for anyone in the State of California but do not have any in-person sessions available at this time in California. I understand that reaching out for help is difficult and want to commend you on taking the first step to finding someone to talk to. I enjoy helping people with a variety of life stresses and mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I offer individual, couples and family sessions. I also do play-based therapy with children as young as 5. I strive to build rapport with each client so that we can work collaboratively on whatever issues seem to be causing the most trouble. I incorporate many Cognitive Behavioral and Client-Centered techniques to help promote change.
