About My Clients
I work with clients of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. I specialize in working with people who suffer from high anxiety, depression, grief, life - changes, anger and more. I work with clients for short periods of time to extended periods of time.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help my clients function and thrive in their jobs, relationships, and day to day lives. I take a client centered approach and tailor the counseling techniques I use to fit them. My background is education and school counseling, which is beneficial to my families and children that I work with in private practice. The main therapeutic techniques I use are based in cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and mindfulness training.
