About My Clients
I work with people who want to better understand themselves—not just to analyze the past, but to feel more alive and connected in the present. I practice from a psychoanalytic and relational lens. That means we’ll explore your history, relationships, and inner world—but always in the service of helping you feel more grounded and alive in your life today. It’s not about getting lost in the past; it’s about understanding how it still shapes the present, and what needs to shift.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with an analytic lens, an understanding of the importance of somatic work, and an openness to experiential and psychedelic work. I have a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis on group therapy and relational work. I have specific training in Relational Psychoanalysis, Modern Analytic Group Therapy, Hakomi Somatic Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Integration.
