My Background and Approach
Due to a diverse background and a wealth of clinical expertise in co-occurring disorders/substance abuse populations, I developed a flexibility in my approach that informs my therapeutic style. While I am trained in, and utilize, evidence-based treatments, I believe the strongest indicator of successful psychotherapy is the connection between counselor and patient, and my goal is to develop a true, meaningful rapport with all of my clients.
