About My Clients
Do you find yourself stuck in a cycle of worry about things that rarely come true? Are life changes keeping you awake at night, your mind racing with “what ifs”? I understand how overwhelming that can feel—mentally and physically exhausting. Therapy can help you break that cycle by identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building skills to manage stress and anxiety. Together, we can work to quiet those thoughts and feel more in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
Over the years, I’ve developed and refined practical tools that help people manage anxiety—tools I want to share with you. My goal is to equip you with at least five simple, effective strategies you can use anytime, anywhere, to find quick relief. Together, we’ll focus on what’s happening in the moment and how to regain control over your body and thoughts. With seven years of experience and ongoing training in the latest techniques, I’ll guide you through understanding what’s happening in your brain and body during anxiety. You’ll learn how to calm yourself quickly and build lasting resilience, so anxious thoughts become easier to manage and less frequent over time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe people can grow and change at any point in their lives—there’s no limit to what we’re capable of. Many mental health challenges come from unhealthy habits we pick up over time, but the great thing is, those habits can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones. From my own journey, I’ve learned how to manage my anxiety so it no longer controls me. It’s been years since my last panic attack, and that experience has given me a strong sense of control over my life. I want you to feel that same kind of freedom. I’m here to support everyone, no matter who you are, and I actively stand with marginalized communities through marches and community events. If you want to know more about how I can help, just send me a message.
