Do you have a sexual, relationship, or intimacy concern that is holding you back from experiencing life to its full potential? Our work together will explore your thoughts, beliefs, and values around sexuality to enhance pleasure in all areas of your life. I work with a variety of clients but I am particularly passionate about empowering women who have difficulties finding sexual pleasure or struggle with sexual pain.
My Background and Approach
I provide a collaborative therapeutic environment through warmth, coaching, and a sense of humor. In my role as your therapist, I will validate, challenge, and question you to help guide your healing journey. I have comprehensive training in sex therapy, and I am pursuing my AASECT certification. I understand the need for intimacy with oneself and others. I have many tools to help my clients achieve their specific goals. Together we will break down the stigmas around sex in a tailored-to-you therapy since therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
