My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I specialize in couples and human sexuality. I am also pursuing my Certified Sex Therapist (CST) credential, which gives me deep insight into issues of intimacy, desire discrepancies, and sexuality. I am LGBTQ+, polyamory, and kink-friendly, and I feel especially confident working with non-traditional relationships, mixed-orientation couples, and those navigating religious trauma or complex dynamics around intimacy.
