Therapy can be overwhelming and sometimes a bit intimidating. I love to work with others to help with a more positive outlook in life, increasing motivation, and finding ways to improve mood or if you are looking to vent and needing someone to be a lending ear I am here for it all. I also have experience working with kids and teens with any problems they may be facing.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my approach. I have attended trainings that teach leading edge techniques and skills. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you feel anxious, sad, angry, or all over the place and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief.
