About My Clients
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck—like no matter how hard you try, something isn’t quite clicking.Maybe you're navigating a major life change, healing from a traumatic experience, or struggling to manage constant stress and self-doubt.My clients are often caring, insightful people who just need a safe space to slow down, make sense of their emotions, and find new ways forward. If you're exhausted from carrying so much on your own, you're not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping adults work through anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship conflict and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual—I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, DBT skills and trauma-informed practices to help clients better understand their patterns and develop practical, meaningful tools for change. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I graduated from the University of Florida with my Bachelors of Science degree and continued on to New York University's Master of Social Work program.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection—when we’re truly heard, respected, and met without judgment. I’m deeply committed to holding space for people of all backgrounds and identities, and I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to the work we do together.
