My Background and Approach
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based techniques. In addition, I incorporate mindfulness strategies to strengthen the mind-body connection and promote holistic healing.
