About My Clients
Being human is hard, and we’re not meant to do it alone. There are lots of things in our lives that can cause us to feel disconnected from ourselves, others, or life in general. Therapy is a means by which we can come to meet ourselves and our suffering, and connect more intimately with life through the support of a safe, trusted, loving presence. My Background and Approach
I approach the work of therapy through relational, depth, psychoanalytic, and somatic orientations. I often incorporate mindfulness, breath, and body awareness into my practice and honor the interplay of mind, body, and spirit. I provide a safe, sacred space full of warmth, curiosity, and non-judgement that may involve working with mindfulness, breath, and body awareness. Together, we’ll welcome and tend to the hurt or fragmented parts of yourself that are keeping you from your peace and joy. We’ll help you to cultivate a more fulfilled, present, and connected life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my deep belief that you already hold within you all of the wisdom and capacity for healing that you're seeking. My role is to compassionately guide you back home to that place of inner knowing and remind you of your wholeness. A more engaged, connected, and embodied life is possible, and I'd be honored to help you find it for yourself.
