Trauma and anxiety can have a huge impact on our bodies, thought patterns, relationships, and so much more. My Background and Approach
Working with me involves a body focused approach. You will better understand what your body is communicating to you and gently release what the body is storing from past experiences. This process is collaborative and is about you feeling safe, valued, and heard. I’m experienced supporting clients bridging the gap between their mind and body. As certified in breathwork and energy healing I offer more than just a space for talking our time together involves a holistic and integrative approach. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The connection and relationship is such an important part of the therapeutic experience and is one of my favorite parts of the work. That connection opens and allows for moments of deep understanding and for clients to feel seen. It’s something that is palpable.
