I incorporate a blend of Grief Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Existential Therapy to help you move beyond basic coping skills. I believe that awareness is the catalyst for change. When we become aware of our thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior, we can begin to shift them. Too often, we live on auto-pilot, and my focus is to guide us toward mindful, intentional living. As a human first and therapist second, I place a strong emphasis on the collective human experience, recognizing how greater societal pressures and institutions shape our internal world. By fostering this awareness, I aim to help you create lasting change, not just through individual growth, but by understanding the broader context that influences your life.
