About My Clients
Do you feel an inescapable despair, like life was supposed to be so much more beautiful than this? Does your heart ache for meaning and purpose? Have you been wounded by religious indoctrination while searching for answers to life’s unanswerable questions? I understand. Together, we’ll quiet the noise, release what no longer serves you, and create a life you no longer want to escape from.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, exploratory, and collaborative. I use a psychodynamic approach informed by family systems, attachment theory, stages of development, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems concepts. I also appreciate Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, which honors the wisdom of your inner world. I work primarily with women who identify as Highly Sensitive and those who rely on alcohol or other ineffective coping strategies to manage stress. While these strategies may have helped you survive, they often create fatigue, irritability, and disconnection. Together, we’ll explore healthier ways of coping and create environments where you can thrive. I specialize in the lasting impact of early childhood adversity, cultural and religious indoctrination, and societal and patriarchal pressures that foster perfectionism, people-pleasing, and powerlessness. My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode into a life that feels safe, and free.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What I’ve learned is that suffering is part of life, but the way we narrate our story shapes how we endure it—and how we find meaning and hope within it. I imagine you care deeply about life. With the right support, I believe we can create a story worth telling—one that feels safe, meaningful, and free.
