I know how hard navigating the challenges of life can be. Whether it's with day-to-day challenges, big life changes, or relationships, I am here to help! Don't go through life treading water when you can learn to skills to help improve and enhance your life.
My Background and Approach
I am currently a mental health intern transitioning from working with neurodiverse communities in both clinical and educational backgrounds. I celebrate individuality while also helping clients learn to appreciate and collaborate with others. I utilize the experience I have gained and blend it with the new skills I have developed to help both adolescents, adults, couples and families access the necessary tools to shift from a life from surviving towards thriving.
