Are you feeling hopeless and longing for guidance, support, and a non-judgmental safe space? I am passionate about helping people work through depression, loneliness, anxiety, and fear. I also support individuals navigating relationship challenges of all kinds, including the difficult process of divorce. In addition to working with adults, I love working with children, adolescents, and teens and have experience supporting them through their own unique struggles.
My Background and Approach
I will provide you with the methods that are most effective to meet the need of what you are experiencing! Sometimes it’s a listening ear , but can also include discussion of what’s going on in your brain when you feel depressed and anxious and how to overcome those things! Also I’m here to help with the grief process which includes the loss of a relationship through break up and divorce!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the ability to change when given the right direction and understanding! Sometimes having someone point out and acknowledge what we cannot see is exactly what we need ! That’s what I’m here to do ! I have worked through self awareness as I navigated healing through the divorce process in my own life and I want to help you do the same thing in all areas of your life !
