About My Clients
Feeling frustrated or stuck? You may be overwhelmed, noticing patterns that no longer serve you, or questioning your relationships. Perhaps you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time and it’s beginning to feel like too much. I work with adults (18+) navigating relationship concerns, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build insight into your patterns, and create practical tools to help you move forward with greater ease and confidence.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel truly understood. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and begin to create the changes you’re ready for. I completed a MA in Counseling in 2002 and have completed additional training in Grief and Loss, Pet Loss, the impact of trauma, making decisions about careers, and coping with ADHD. I draw from a range of approaches including Person Centered, CBT, Gestalt, and DBT. This allows us to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where you are in the driver’s seat. You set the pace and direction, while I offer guidance, support, and tools along the way. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you gain clarity, build insight, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.
