About My Clients
You may look like you have it all together while privately feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure what comes next. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, work stress, and major life transitions. If you’re tired of repeating patterns, overthinking everything, or putting yourself last, therapy can help you understand yourself, trust your voice, and create a life that feels more aligned.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting adults through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, work stress, boundaries, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. My clinical background includes community mental health, school-based services, behavioral health, crisis support, and private practice. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be real without feeling judged and where we can explore both what you’re experiencing and what may be underneath it. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and skills-based interventions. I’ll help you identify patterns, understand your thoughts and emotions, strengthen your boundaries, and develop tools you can actually use outside of session. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We’ll meet you where you are and work toward where you want to go.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not about becoming someone completely different. It’s about understanding yourself, honoring what you’ve experienced, and giving yourself permission to grow beyond what has shaped you. My relationship with therapy began as a child, following the tragic death of my father in a car accident. Having a safe space to process such a difficult experience shaped my understanding of the value of therapy and eventually influenced my decision to become a therapist. I believe you can be strong and still need support. You can love people and still have boundaries. You can forgive someone without giving them unlimited access to you. You can be successful and still feel lost. I believe therapy should not be about someone telling you how to live. It should help you understand yourself well enough to make choices that feel authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values.
