About My Clients
I have worked with adolescents and adults working through grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. Additionally, I have experience working with couples and families who are interested in strengthening their communication skills and overall relationship. I have also worked with clients using techniques such as DBT, CBT, & solution focused.
My Background and Approach
I know that there is no one size fits all method for therapy. I utilize different approaches such as psychoanalytic, DBT, and animal assisted therapy to help my clients begin to emotionally regulate.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy helping my clients to utilize coping skills, restore emotional regulation, and challenge cognitive distortions. Most importantly, I strive to create a genuine atmosphere for my clients to engage in healing and change.
