About My Clients
Many of my clients are those who are struggling through life transitions. I work with a variety of clients who are experiencing communication or attachment issues in their relationships and friendships with others. I am more than happy to work with autistic clients and clients with ADHD who are looking for a therapist who is neuro-diversity affirming.
My Background and Approach
I use a multi-modal approach that tends to encompass Person-Centered Therapy along with Existential Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and other influences tailored to each individual client’s needs. I am trained to help people from a variety of diverse backgrounds. My focus is on the client’s overall wellness and giving them the tools they need to live their best quality of life. I believe that at times therapy can be tough work requiring patience and dedication, but she also finds as humans we are resilient creatures and there is always a place for humor and joy in our lives and the therapeutic experience is no different. I hope to make your shared sessions together a connected, safe, and overall meaningful experience.
