About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I work with a mix of EMDR, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and geek therapeutic approaches to address issues. Interventions I use include focused mindfulness, exploring thought patterns, developing self awareness, integrating evidence based practices and personal interests to help you in becoming your best self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My style is casual and practical. I believe the relationship between me and the client is a main component of successful therapy. I offer secure online video therapy for residents of Texas, California, and North Carolina. Evening appointments are available.
