My goal is to equip you with at least five practical, easy-to-use techniques you can rely on anytime, anywhere. Together, we’ll focus on what’s happening right now—helping you gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and body in moments of overwhelm. I take a direct, solution-focused approach and work collaboratively with you to build lasting resilience. Through proven methods like CBT and DBT, plus creative therapies, you’ll learn how your brain and body respond to stress and how to calm yourself quickly. My aim is to empower you so anxiety and overwhelm don’t hold you back anymore.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person has the ability to grow and change, no matter where they are in life. Mental health challenges often come from patterns we’ve learned over time—and the good news is, those patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones. I know this firsthand—I’ve faced anxiety myself and learned how to take back control through therapy. I want you to experience that same freedom and relief.
