About My Clients
I am here to help you grow healthy relationships with self and others as you journey forward. Territories I often assist clients in navigating include: faith deconstruction and religious harm, anxiety, depression, life transitions, couple and marital issues, perinatal/postpartum, family of origin dynamics and related trauma, and work with teens.

My counseling is multicultural, trauma-informed, and takes a systemically focused "Birdseye view" of problem orientation and solutions. I tailor my approaches and interventions to meet your specific needs, and keep you part of the process every step of the way. As we work together, we will focus on meeting your goals, processing emotions, and building tools for resiliency and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be collaborative, transparent, and rooted in human kindness. Through my own experiences in life and personal therapy journey, I have learned that the only way out is through...healing comes as we equip ourselves to meet ourselves fully.
