About My Clients
The folks I work with are curious and motivated to engage in the work of healing. They are often feeling stuck in some part of their life and needing support and clarity about how to move forward, find balance and greater healing. It is an honor to do this work, and I look forward to connecting and answering any questions you have about me, my practice, or this process.
My Background and Approach
I have worked as a clinician in a variety of settings including: community mental health, outpatient mental health, private practice, and in hospitals. In addition to my role as therapist, I have worked as a yoga teacher for many years. Through this work, I have come to believe that transformative healing occurs when we consider our whole being (mind-body-spirit). Some of the issues I support folks with are anxiety, navigating life changes/stressors and managing parenting issues. My approach is described as kind, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I enjoy working with people who are curious and motivated to engage in the work of healing. It is an honor to do this work, and I look forward to connecting and answering any questions you have about me, my practice, or this process.

I believe that within each person there is a place of profound wisdom and an innate power for healing and growth. To facilitate healing, I help people tap into this space to get unstuck and create a life that is in alignment with their values. I believe that as human beings, we are strong, resilient, and often wiser than we know. I have done this work in a variety of settings including: community mental health, outpatient mental health, private practice, and in hospitals.
