About My Clients
I work with clients looking for support coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions; college, new relationships, and work changes. I work collaboratively with clients, offering outside perspective and insight, while also encouraging self-reflection. I help provide the time, space, and tools to access your inner wisdom and intuition.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client centered and incorporates some psychodynamic principles, as well as some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space to explore what you feel is important in each session. Everyone is unique and therapy should be as well. I offer hour long sessions. I specialize in working with women, as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
