My Background and Approach
I specialize in the intersection of anxiety, attachment, and sexuality because they rarely travel alone. I'm an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Advanced EFT therapist working with individuals and couples navigating sexual shame, identity exploration, desire concerns, people pleasing, and the ways early experiences shaped how safe it feels to be fully yourself. We don't just talk about what's happening. We explore where it came from — the meanings you made, the ways your body learned to protect you, the parts of yourself you've kept hidden because it felt safer. From that understanding, real change becomes possible. Sex-positive, kink-allied, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-monogamy affirming. All of you is welcome here.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I came to this work through my own therapy, and I'm still in it. I think that matters. It means I'm not asking you to do something I haven't done myself. I believe the parts of you that feel most complicated — your sexuality, your anxiety, the ways you shrink or hide or perform are also the parts that hold the most possibility. Therapy isn't about getting rid of them. It's about finally getting to understand them. When you can do that in the room, something shifts. You start to take it with you. Into your relationships. Your body. The way you move through the world. That's the work. I think it's the most important work there is.
