My Background and Approach
With 11 years of experience, I provide the tools to adults, teens, and children to navigate painful struggles resulting from trauma or stressful experiences. I use an integrative approach in thinking about the mind-body connection and the impact that both parts contribute to our overall health and healing. I utilize evidence-based therapies proven to build strength, resilience, and compassion. Some of my specialties include play therapy, CBT, EMDR and brainspotting.
