About My Clients
My clients are women, parents, and athletes who are used to pushing through, juggling endless responsibilities, and holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted or unseen on the inside. Many come to me because they’re tired of living with constant pressure, people-pleasing, or second-guessing themselves. In therapy, we create space to slow down, tune in, and learn practical ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and feel more confident and connected in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I know what it’s like to be the person everyone looks to for answers and strength-whether that’s in the boardroom, on the field, or at home. As a senior healthcare executive, I lived the reality of long hours, impossible expectations, and the constant pressure to keep everything moving forward while still showing up for family. As a former collegiate athlete and longtime coach, I’ve also seen how the drive to perform can take over identity and joy, both for athletes and the parents who support them. Because I’ve walked in both worlds, I understand how exhausting it can be to always “hold it together.” My approach combines evidence-based therapy with practical strategies that fit real lives. For executive women, that often means learning how to set boundaries, quiet the inner critic, and feel more confident in both leadership and relationships. For athletes and parents, it means finding ways to manage the mental load of competition, pressure, and transition-so sport becomes a source of
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people don’t have to choose between success and well-being. My values center around equity, authenticity, and the belief that resilience is built not through perfection, but through balance and connection. As both a mom and an advocate, I care deeply about creating healthier systems-whether that means supporting women leaders to thrive without burning out or helping athletes experience the joy of sport beyond performance pressure. I’m passionate about shifting cultures in workplaces and in athletics so that people can bring their full selves to the table without fear of judgment. These values shape how I show up in therapy: practical, compassionate, and focused on helping clients feel both capable and cared for.
