I work with children, adolescents, and adults! I specialize in autism, anxiety, and depression, PTSD, and ADHD.

My Background and Approach

I primarily utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults working to heal from their trauma and have diagnosis' of various mental health disorders. I am currently training in EMDR and TF-CBT for all ages.
