I understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way, and anxiety can often feel like a constant weight.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. I tailor our work together to your needs, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, mindfulness techniques, and other approaches as well as my training in perinatal mental health. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career, including the emergency room, psychiatric inpatient unit, outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation program with both children and adults, and in community outpatient mental health.
