About My Clients
My clients care deeply about the health and well-being of their relationships. They struggle to feel connected and understood despite their best efforts. Clients that work with me are looking for someone to help them build awareness around patterns in communication and guide them to implementing more effective ways of connecting.
My Background and Approach
In addition to working as a therapist, I am also a professor at Chapman University, where I teach an undergraduate course called 'Identity and Self.' My early familial experience with divorce has made me especially skilled at working with people in resolving relational conflicts and holding space for different perspectives. I love working with two or more people in the room, tackling issues related to parent-child relationships, couple relationships, and divorce & co-parenting. The core tenants of my work are non-judgement and positivity.
