About My Clients
You may be looking for support with trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, body image distress, grief, or the emotional toll of cultural and political stressors. You may feel stuck in patterns shaped by shame, fear, or a relentless inner critic, or sense that something deeper is asking for attention. If you’re seeking therapy that goes beyond coping skills and into meaningful personal growth, you’re in the right place.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational and grounded in evidence-based practices. IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness practices are the modalities I use most frequently, allowing us to work with trauma stored in the body, unhelpful belief systems, emotional regulation, and internal conflicts, while fostering self-compassion and flexibility. Treatment is tailored to your unique history, goals, and nervous system. Therapy is a partnership built on trust, safety, and authenticity. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your values, and better able to move through life with clarity and self-trust. If you’re interested in exploring this together, I invite you to reach out to schedule an appointment or a 15-minute consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, mom to three littles, and partner to a woman whom I am proud to call my wife. I strongly believe that all people, regardless of race, age, body size, religious beliefs, or ability deserve dignity and respect. I operate from a HAES and body liberation mindset and strive for intersectionality in my participation in and allyship with marginalized communities.
