I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex life transitions. My background includes training in trauma‑informed care and neurodiversity‑affirming practice. In therapy, I offer a warm, steady, and collaborative space where clients feel understood rather than judged. My approach blends evidence‑based tools with a deeply relational style, meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I work with anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting stress, substance use, and major life transitions, helping clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to themselves as they create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a fierce advocate for the neurodivergent community and committed to social justice. Although I’m laid‑back and calm in my presence, I care strongly about equity, accessibility, and creating spaces where all people feel respected and safe. I’m also an active supporter of the eating disorder community, especially parents and caregivers navigating a loved one’s recovery. These commitments shape how I show up in the therapy room, which is grounded, compassionate, and aligned with the belief that everyone deserves understanding, dignity, and support.
