When we have empathy for ourselves and understand our own patterns, we have an opportunity to make change, to heal, and to work toward being our best selves. In turn, we have more space to be empathic in our relationships and shift unhelpful patterns into helpful ways of interacting in the world.
Outside of the therapy office, I love gardening and being in nature whether that be kayaking, hiking or being at the beach. Connecting with nature helps me feel more grounded, mindful and connected with myself. I am also a Reiki Master and provide reiki for my family and friends.
