Life can be so many things, beautiful, exciting, stressful, painful and overwhelming. Acknowledging and reaching out for support during times of stress, pain and intense emotion can be extremely difficult. You have already begun the work just by being here. The focus of my work is with individuals who experience symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, with a specialization in grief, loss, and perinatal/postpartum mental health.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help guide your healing with supportive therapy through the lens of cognitive-behavioral theory, building acceptance and mindfulness while also identifying and fostering healthy coping strategies. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be a place of safety and trust, and be a strong foundation to the therapeutic work. I am hear to listen, validate, support, challenge and walk alongside you to meet your life goals.
