About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming—racing thoughts, strained relationships, and burnout are hard to carry alone. I help adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and self-doubt with curiosity and compassion. In therapy, you can drop the mask, explore patterns, and build self-trust as you reconnect with your true self. I also offer EMDR to support healing from past experiences and emotional blocks.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Clinical Intern in Florida with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach. I help adults navigate anxiety, life changes, and burnout using CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR. My background as a Claims Supervisor strengthened my listening and problem-solving skills, which I bring to every session. Together we’ll explore patterns, build self-trust, and create tools for calm and resilience so you can feel grounded, supported, and connected to your true self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a human right and that everyone deserves a space to feel seen, supported, and accepted as they are. My work is grounded in inclusivity and social justice—I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences, including the LGBTQ+ community and people of color. I value curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness as powerful tools for growth and healing. Outside the therapy room, I stay engaged in mental health advocacy and support causes that promote equity, access to care, and community well-being.
