About My Clients
I work with adolescents, young adults, parents, and co-parents who may be carrying anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship stress, or life transitions. Together, we’ll explore past patterns, navigate present challenges, and create space for healing, connection, and growth. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, my hope is to walk alongside you as you grow into the version of yourself you’ve been longing to become.
My Background and Approach
I received my bachelor’s degree in Child Development: Pre-Credential from Sacramento State University. I later earned my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and have since worked with individuals, couples, and families in navigating trauma, family conflict, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem. My clinical background includes individual therapy, play therapy, co-parent and couples counseling, family therapy, and reunification work. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, considering relationships, environment, culture, and values. Together, we explore patterns, navigate challenges, and uncover pathways for growth, healing, and authentic self-expression in a safe, collaborative space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. Life’s difficulties often reveal the deepest opportunities for growth, and each person’s path is unique. Early relationships shape our patterns, but with compassion and support, we can create change and healing. I value authenticity, humor, and lightness alongside serious reflection. My goal is to help clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life, transform challenges, and step into the version of themselves they aspire to become.
