About My Clients

I specialize in supporting teens, college students, and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and identity exploration. I also work closely with parents—especially those raising neurodivergent kids—through coaching that’s practical, affirming, and deeply human. f you’re looking for a therapist who gets Gen Z values, honors neurodivergence, and meets you where you are (without the clinical coldness), I’d love to connect.

My Background and Approach

I did not go into higher education thinking I would be a mental health therapist (I was actually in school to be a PHYSICAL therapist), but was always drawn to the idea of helping others. My experience as an undergrad in a stressful and science heavy program was my first experience in going to therapy as I sought support for crippling test anxiety, and relationship help. Without this experience, I would have never been drawn to what became a double minor in psychology and counseling, and a later application to a master’s program in my home town to help me become a therapist. I have witnessed how ADHD impacts overall well-being in addition to academics in all the school settings I have worked in. The information out there for parents, professionals, and even healthcare providers alike was lacking around ADHD, intriguing me to learn more. There is a need for specialized ADHD care that’s tailored to unique challenges of ADHD, particularly as we learn more information about neurodivergence

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My passion for supporting students and young adults stems from Gen Z’s advocacy for mental health- from social media to talking in session about what brought them to therapy. Their advocacy made me want to be the best advocate for ADHD, from fact-checking “lazy” stereotypes to educating parents about the real neurological aspects. When ADHD is seen from a strengths-based and humanistic perspective, we help ADHDers build confidence and the self-esteem that they need to exist in a neurotypical society. My goal is to help people embrace their differences while growing in ways they see fit. Our society is not built around neurodivergence, but therapy can help process this and develop your own strategies in how to not just cope, but excel in life as someone who is neurodivergent and an ADHDer. Let’s empower different brains!
