About My Clients
I am currently accepting teenage and adult clients for individual, couples and family therapy. I serve families, adults with addiction and mental illness, homeless adults, and those in the process of obtaining social security disability income.
My Background and Approach
My background and approaches include CBT skills, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. I will provide you with tools that you can carry with you at all times. We'll work collaboratively to address mental health and substance use concerns. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts.
