About My Clients
The people I work with are often self-aware, creative, and curious... yet tired of masking or holding it all together. You may be exploring your identity, healing from burnout or past trauma, or wanting to feel more grounded and confident in who you are. As your therapist, I'll provide a space that's gentle, real, and attuned to both your emotions and imagination. Together, we'll use art, EMDR, and mindfulness to uncover your inner strength and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
During the first 5 years of my career, I specialized in working with children and teens in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, helping them navigate identity, school issues, emotional regulation, and healing from trauma and overwhelm. I now have over 10 years of experience in supporting teens and adults through creative, compassionate, and trauma-informed care in order to cope, connect, and grow. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, one that honors your lived experience and helps you reconnect with your inner resilience. In sessions, I tailor each approach to your needs, whether that means using art to explore emotions that feel hard to name, EMDR to process distressing experiences, or mindfulness and grounding techniques to bring calm and clarity. My goal is to help you feel seen, empowered, and supported as you build a deeper sense of self-trust and belonging.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a bisexual therapist, I value the courage it takes to live fully as yourself. I believe healing happens in spaces that honor all identities, neurotypes, and ways of being. My work is rooted in social justice, inclusivity, and body liberation, and I'm committed to creating a space where each person feels seen, affirmed, and safe to explore who they are. I see therapy not about fixing what's "wrong," but rediscovering (or discovering for the first time) what's already whole within you.
